The Role

Are you the “go to” person for the latest things to do in London? With a passion for creating memorable moments and show casing our great City, you will be part of a small but perfectly formed team helping our guests to get the most from their visit. Helping with directions, theatre bookings, delivering luggage, booking restaurants or delivering guest amenities – every day is different, and no two guests are the same! The “Face” of the Hotel, you will be the person our guests love to talk about, and the reason they want to return.

• Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard and progress
• Comfortable in a front line role facing the public
• Empathetic and able to build relationships
• An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions
• Accurate with good attention to detail
• Demonstrable desire to pursue a hospitality career
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
