The Role
Reporting to the hotel based Director of Sales, the role of the sales co-ordinator is to drive incremental revenue into the hotel in line with budget and future strategy. The Coordinator role will have the responsibility of developing new business leads and opportunities, whilst building relationships with new and current accounts.
With 15 hotels and over 5000 bedrooms in London, the role also will also be responsible for identifying opportunities across the whole group of hotels.

● Excellent communication skills and telephone manner ● Excellent at building new and existing client relationships to understand account drivers for incremental revenue ● Will challenge the status quo to look at news ways of working ● Target driven ● Analytical ● Strong knowledge of excel and Microsoft office functions ● Highly commercial and lives and breathes the key business measures ● Can work collaboratively across the hotel(s) and central teams ● Adaptable to different markets & segments
