The Role

Reporting to the hotel based Director of Sales, the role of the Sales Manager is to drive incremental revenue into the hotel in line with budget and future strategy for the corporate segment. The Sales Managers role will have the responsibility for both new business targets and the growth and relationship building of existing accounts to drive revenue expectations and market share. With 15 hotels and over 5000 bedrooms in London, the role also will also be responsible for identifying opportunities across the whole group of hotels.

What we look for

● A minimum of 2 years sales experience in hospitality, ideally in London
● Excellent at building new and existing client relationships to understand account drivers for incremental revenue
● Will challenge the status quo to look at news ways of working

● Highly commercial and lives and breathes the key business measures
● Can work collaboratively across the hotel(s) and central teams
● Adaptable to different markets & segments
