The Role

As Director of Revenue Performance you will have overall responsibility for the day to day rooms revenue performance of our hotels . Through effective management of the Directors of Revenue (DORM) and Cluster Revenue Managers (CRM) you will be able to demonstrate first class managerial skills, have the ability to adapt and multi-task whilst having that keen eye for detail. Your key responsibility is to ensure that through effective management of the DORM/CRM team we set strategies which allow us to meet & exceed our budgeted expectations and out-perform our competition. You should ensure you are working to company standard and improving key KPI’s such as budgeted RevPar and RGI in the most profitable way possible.

The role will report to the Group Revenue & M&E Director and involves working closely with the property teams, General Managers and wider revenue and sales teams.

• Knowledge of Excel, Opera, EzRMS (or other RMS system.)
• Clear understanding of all relevant distribution channels, from GDS through to on line travel agents with ability to influence channels to advantage of the property
• Curiosity and awareness of industry news / performance / relevant new initiatives
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Strong coaching & communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and organize self
• Strong problem solving skills
• Track record of dealing with under-performing hotel and ability to multi-task, analyse and identify issues to turn it around
